The Board kick started its day with a meeting with the Minister of Education at the Legislature. Had a fun evening at Davidson Creek School Council meeting. Such great energy. Was impressed with the 20 parent turnout. They elected a new executive and made some initial plans for future meeting discussions and communication strategy. Also, excited they will be sending representing to our Committee of School Councils.Dropped into our public engagement session that shared what was heard as a follow up to the consultation held in June on exploring the possibilities of redesignating Nottingham and Brentwood to FR Haythorne.Tomorrow I will be driving back out to Vegreville for day 2 of the value scoping session.
